Our 3-year/36,000-mile warranty covers:

Parts and labor for a period of 3 years / 36,000 miles (whichever comes first) for all work completed at The Bimmer Shop LLC.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

1. We only cover repairs made at The Bimmer Shop LLC for up to 36 months / 36,000 miles from the date on your invoice.

2. Warranty is only honored at The Bimmer Shop LLC.  We will neither authorize nor pay other repair shops, facilities, dealers, independent mechanics or technicians, or DIY for repairs on our behalf, regardless of where the vehicle is located during a mechanical breakdown.

3.  After any repair or maintenance work is completed at other repair facilities, dealers, DIY, private technicians, etc., which could compromise the integrity of or tamper with our work, repair, etc.

4.  We do not cover second opinions, substitute transportation, trip interruption, towing, failure to maintain, abuse, neglect, collisions, theft, racing, etc.

5.  Normal wear and tear.

6.  Repairs covered by the manufacturer warranty, extended warranty, or insurance.

7.  Customer-supplied parts, regardless of new or used parts.

8.  All non-OEM parts, regardless of who supplied the part.

9. At our sole discretion, we have the right to void our warranty for any repairs or service performed at any other shop or DIY since last serviced or repaired at The Bimmer Shop LLC.
